This Shipping Policy explains how Plushophile (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes, fulfills, and delivers orders placed through our website.


Order Processing

All orders for in-stock items are generally processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Orders may be delayed if:

  • Additional verification is required
  • There are issues with payment authorization
  • We are experiencing high order volume
  • You have ordered additional customization beyond the stock item

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.


Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, including the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and other international destinations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The product is legal to import in their jurisdiction
  • They comply with all local laws and regulations

We are not responsible for shipments refused or seized by customs authorities.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Carrier rates
  • Package weight and dimensions

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Addresses that cannot be verified or delivered to

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees

These charges are:

  • Not included in the purchase price
  • The sole responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tamper-Evident Packaging

All orders are shipped with tamper-evident seals for health and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery.

If your package arrives with:

  • Broken seals
  • Visible damage
  • Signs of tampering

You must:

  1. Take clear photos immediately
  2. Contact us at support@plushophile.shop within 48 hours

Failure to report issues promptly may affect eligibility for resolution.


Shipping & Returns

All returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Items must meet all eligibility requirements, including unbroken tamper-evident seals

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Returned due to failed delivery attempts
  • Rejected by customs

We may:

  • Deduct shipping and handling costs
  • Decline refunds if the item is not returned in original condition
