Scope of Services

Plushophile operates an online store offering Products and Services to customers in the United States and internationally where available.

Depending upon availability, our Services may include:

the sale of novelty, collectible, and entertainment Products;
custom Modification Services for Customer-Owned Modification Items;
custom Modification Services for Plushophile Inventory Modification Items;
Media Services, including Complimentary Promotional Videos and Private Keepsake Videos; and
related customer support and digital services.

Availability of Products and Services may change without prior notice.

Governing Agreements

Your use of this website and any Products or Services offered through it is governed by the applicable agreements published on our website, including:

Terms of Service;
Privacy Policy;
Shipping Policy;
Return & Refund Policy;
Modification Services Terms;
Media Recording & Content License Terms; and
any additional policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference.

These agreements together form the complete contractual relationship between STFD LLC and the Customer.

Where multiple agreements apply, they should be interpreted together to the maximum extent possible. If a conflict remains, the agreement that more specifically governs the applicable Product or Service shall control.

Product and Service Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Products sold by Plushophile are offered solely as:

novelty items;
collectible items; and/or
entertainment items.

Our Products are not:

medical devices;
therapeutic devices;
safety equipment;
protective equipment;
diagnostic devices; or
intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Many Products incorporate handmade craftsmanship, one-of-a-kind production methods, upcycled materials, repurposed materials, vintage components, or naturally varying materials.

Accordingly:

every Product is unique;
variations in appearance, texture, finish, color, distressing, and construction are expected;
Products may not exactly match photographs, mockups, sketches, or prior examples; and
colors displayed on monitors or mobile devices may differ from the actual Product.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all Products and Services are provided "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and "WITH ALL FAULTS."

Modification Services Notice

Modification Services are custom artistic services performed specifically for the Customer.

Modification Services may be performed on:

Customer-Owned Modification Items; or
Plushophile Inventory Modification Items.

Customers submitting Customer-Owned Modification Items acknowledge that those items remain subject to inspection, cleanliness requirements, technical review, and the procedures described in the Modification Services Terms.

Modification Services are generally permanent and irreversible.

Handmade work naturally involves reasonable artistic variation. A completed Modification Item is considered satisfactory when it substantially conforms to the Customer's approved request, notwithstanding minor handmade variations or subjective aesthetic preferences.

Media Services Notice

Where offered, Customers may elect one of the following Media Service options:

No Media Services;
Complimentary Promotional Video; or
Private Keepsake Video.

All Recordings—including photographs, videos, edits, thumbnails, captions, graphics, metadata, derivative works, and related creative content—remain the exclusive intellectual property of STFD LLC.

Customers receive only the rights expressly granted under the Media Recording & Content License Terms.

Age Restriction

This website and all Products and Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you represent that you satisfy this requirement.
