Refund policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all items are non-returnable once opened.
To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The original packaging must be fully intact, with no signs of damage, wear, or forced entry
- All tamper-evident seals must be intact, unbroken, and undamaged
- All seal serial numbers must match our shipment records
- You must provide proof of purchase
Important Hygiene Notice
For health protection and hygiene reasons, our products are shipped with destructive, tamper-evident seals.
By breaking or removing any seal, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The product has been opened
- It is no longer eligible for return
- You lose any applicable right of withdrawal, including under EU and UK law
How to Request a Return

- The unopened package
- All tamper-evident seals
- Visible and legible serial numbers on each seal
We reserve the right to deny any return request if:
- The packaging or seals show any sign of tampering or damage
- The seal serial numbers do not match our records
- The submitted photos are unclear or insufficient for verification
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipment.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under any circumstances if:
- The product has been opened
- Any tamper-evident seal has been broken, removed, or altered
- The packaging shows any signs of tampering after delivery
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
European Union & United Kingdom – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive.
However, this right does not apply where:
- Goods are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and
- The seal has been broken after delivery
Because our products are sealed for hygiene purposes, once any seal is broken, your right of withdrawal is permanently lost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is:

- Damaged upon arrival

We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund where required by law.
