What kind of products do you sell?
All of our products are offered as novelty, collectible, and/or for entertainment purposes only.
Each item is hand made, unique, one-of-a-kind, and may include upcycled or repurposed materials. Because of this, variations in appearance, texture, and condition are expected and part of the product’s character.
Do I need to be a certain age to purchase?
Yes. You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase from our store.
How are orders packaged?
We take your privacy seriously.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external markings, branding, or descriptions that indicate what’s inside the package. All orders are shipped with tamper-evident seals so you know that your order arrives in verified, untouched condition.
When will my order ship?
Most orders for in-stock items generally ship in 5 - 7 business days.
How can I verify I received the exact stuffy I ordered?
Each stuffy we make has an NFC chip embedded inside the stuffy when it's modified. We include a picture showing the approximate location of this chip on each product listing. You can scan the chip with you phone to verify that stuffy is an authentic Plushophile stuffy because the chip will redirect you to this verification page. In rare instances the original NFC chip may no longer function normally, in which case you are still able to verify the serial number of the chip inside the stuffy compared to the serial number listed on it's product page.
What will the charge look like on my bank statement?
To protect your privacy, charges on your statement will appear as:
“SP - STFD LLC”
There is no reference to product details or store branding in the billing descriptor.
Why are your products sealed?
All orders are shipped with tamper-evident seals for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.
These seals ensure that every item arrives in a verified, untouched condition.
Can I return my item?
We accept returns only if the product remains completely unopened.
To be eligible:

Packaging must show no signs of opening or damage
Once any seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
How do I request a return?

How long does shipping take?

What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?
If your tracking shows “delivered,” we recommend:

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by them.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Not necessarily—and that’s intentional.
Because our products are one-of-a-kind and may use upcycled materials, each item may vary slightly in:

Additionally, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device. While we strive to provide accurate photos, be advised that items may look slightly different in-person than they do on our website.
Why don’t you accept returns on opened items?
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened.
