Modification Service records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the requested Services, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or protect the legitimate interests of STFD LLC.

5. Media Services Information

If you request Media Services, Plushophile will collect and create information necessary to produce the requested Recording.

Depending upon the Media Services selected, this may include:

  • photographs;
  • video recordings;
  • audio recordings;
  • editing files;
  • production notes;
  • thumbnails;
  • metadata;
  • captions;
  • graphics;
  • derivative works;
  • delivery records;
  • customer Media Service selections; and
  • related production documentation.

Complimentary Promotional Videos

If you select a Complimentary Promotional Video, Plushophile will process your information as reasonably necessary to create, publish, distribute, archive, and otherwise use the resulting Recording in accordance with the Media Recording & Content License Terms.

Your selection of a Complimentary Promotional Video constitutes your consent to the processing of information reasonably necessary to provide the Promotional Uses described in those Terms.

Private Keepsake Videos

If you purchase a Private Keepsake Video, Plushophile will process your information solely as reasonably necessary to produce, deliver, administer, retain, and support the requested Recording.

Except as otherwise permitted by law or authorized by you in writing, Plushophile will not intentionally publish a Private Keepsake Video for Promotional Use.

Nothing contained in this Privacy Policy alters the ownership or licensing provisions contained in the Media Recording & Content License Terms.

6. Promotional Video Consent

Customers who voluntarily select a Complimentary Promotional Video authorize Plushophile to process personal information and media reasonably necessary to create, edit, publish, distribute, archive, and otherwise use the resulting Recording in accordance with the Media Recording & Content License Terms.

By selecting a Complimentary Promotional Video, the Customer acknowledges that:

  • the resulting Recording is intended for Promotional Use;
  • Promotional Use may include publication through websites, social media platforms, digital publications, advertising, educational materials, convention displays, investor presentations, archival purposes, future derivative works, and other lawful business purposes described in the Media Recording & Content License Terms;
  • Recordings may be indexed by search engines, copied by third parties, archived, or otherwise remain publicly available beyond the direct control of STFD LLC; and
  • STFD LLC may continue processing and using the Recording in accordance with the Media Recording & Content License Terms after initial publication.

Nothing contained in this Privacy Policy modifies the ownership or licensing rights established by the Media Recording & Content License Terms.

7. Private Keepsake Videos

Customers purchasing a Private Keepsake Video authorize Plushophile to process personal information reasonably necessary to:

  • produce the requested Recording;
  • edit and finalize the Recording;
  • securely deliver the Recording;
  • respond to customer support requests;
  • maintain production records;
  • administer the Media Services; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

Except where otherwise authorized by the Customer in writing or required by applicable law, Plushophile will not intentionally publish a Private Keepsake Video for Promotional Use.

Private Keepsake Videos may be retained by Plushophile for quality assurance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup, disaster recovery, or other legitimate business purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Customers are encouraged to download and securely retain their own copy of any Private Keepsake Video after delivery.

Plushophile does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration.
