Two Ways to Commission a Piece
Option 1 — Send Us Your Item
Already have something you'd like modified?
We'll work with you to transform your existing item through our custom Modification Services.
Before any work begins, every item is carefully inspected for cleanliness, structural integrity, material suitability, and feasibility to ensure it can safely be modified.
Because your item belongs to you, we treat it with the same care and attention we'd expect for our own collection.
Option 2 — Start With a Plushophile Item
Prefer to begin with one of our existing unmodified stuffies?
Choose an item from our shop, then customize it with the options available for that stuffy.
We'll complete the requested modifications before shipping your finished commission directly to you.

Every commission is completed by hand.
Because handmade work is inherently unique, slight variations in placement, texture, finish, color, and other artistic details are both expected and celebrated.
Rather than producing identical copies, our goal is to create a finished piece that faithfully reflects your requested design while embracing the character that comes with handcrafted work.
Cleanliness Matters
If you're sending us your own item, we ask that it arrive:
- freshly laundered or in new or nearly new condition;
- completely dry;
- free of visible dirt or stains;
- free of odors;
- free of pet hair;
- free of mold;
- free of insects; and
- free of biological contamination.
Every customer-supplied item is inspected before work begins.
These requirements help protect our employees, our workspace, and every other customer's property entrusted to us.
Want Us to Break-In Your New Stuffy?
Some customers enjoy seeing their commission become a real stuffy and get broken-in before it leaves our shop. If you're one of those people, we offer two different options.
Complimentary Promotional Video
We will record your stuffy being used and post the video online.
There's no additional charge, and you'll be helping other customers see the craftsmanship that goes into every Plushophile commission. You can provide details of how you'd like your stuffy used and what you want to see during the order process.
Private Keepsake Video
Prefer something just for you?
For an additional fee, we'll create a private video of us using your commissioned piece.
The recording will be delivered directly to you and will not be intentionally published by Plushophile without your later written permission. You will be able to provide details of what you'd like to see during the order process.
Note, the above two options are for those who want us to give their stuffy a little extra love before we ship it back to you.
Our default option is NO extra pre-love, and No Video. We just complete your commission and ship back to you when finished.

Whether you're purchasing a stuffy from us or sending us your own item, discretion is part of every order.
We ship in plain packaging with no exterior branding or descriptions that reveal the contents of your shipment.
