Unfortunately, the stuffy you just scanned has failed our verification checks. This can happen if the original NFC chip has been damaged or rarely, someone may have tried to copy one of our original chips in order to produce counterfeit stuffies. 

We utilize a special type of NFC chip that has additional security features which makes it impossible to copy the chip and still have the chip pass our verification checks. 

You can still verify if this is an authentic Plushophile stuffy by comparing the serial number of the NFC tag in the stuffy you have to the serial number listed on the original product page. Each stuffy we modify has a unique serial number.

If the stuffy you have was modified by us, but the NFC chip has been damaged, please reach out to us if you'd like to have it replaced.
